Art Therapy - Providing opportunities for expression and communication
The purpose of art therapy is to support survivors of brain injury to learn new artistic skills and express themselves creatively through art. The overarching aspiration is to improve and develop social skills, communication and expression, leading to increased confidence and new relationships. Participants work with a variety of media including paint, clay and photography and are encouraged to use visual art to communicate and express emotions.
